NEWS FLASH!!!

Due to recent ownership changes at the Bear Creek Club House, we have a new location for our monthly meetings. The new location is still in Bear Creek, but is now at the facility called the Bears Den. This is located immediately inside the gate, on the left. There will be no signs posted, so please pass this along to all of your neighbors.

LCPOA monthly meetings are held at 6pm on the 1st Wednesday of each month. All property owners are encouraged to attend!

Welcome to the OFFICIAL website for La Cresta Property Owners!

La Cresta Property Owners Association (LCPOA) was founded in 1969 when the then-sparcely populated Santa Rosa Plateau was truly the "wild west". Since then, residents have continued to discover what we know to be a most amazing place to live. Indeed, it is a wonderful life in La Cresta!

As Property Owners, we have a responsibility to protect the integrity of our community through governance of our CC&R's. They are necessary and important to all La Cresta property owners, as they were crafted to ensure safety, beauty and maximum values for our properties. By design, they are not intended to be restrictive to any individual, but to protect the whole of the community.

Members are encouraged to attend LCPOA monthly meetings! Typically the first Wednesday evening of each month at the Bear Creek Fire Station on Clinton Keith, they begin at 6pm with Board business and end with open forums, allowing property owners time to speak and/or ask questions of the Board.
